This is your private hub, visible only to you as the social media manager. Below is your Client Database — each entry opens up to an individual client portal. I've added a few sample portals for reference; feel free to delete them and create your own.

Creating a New Client Portal

To create a new client portal, follow these simple steps:

Navigate to the Client Database above and click on New.
Open the newly created page.
Select the template you want to use — either Single Platform or Multi-Platform, depending on your client's needs.
Wait for a few moments as the template is applied (it may take a little time).
Modify and fill in the data with your client’s details, and the portal will be ready to share.

🚧 Notes : Don’t share this hub — always share the client’s individual portal page instead.

Using Client Portal Templates

Each client portal is built using a template — so you can easily populate it without starting from scratch.

There are two templates to choose from, depending on how you work with your client:

Single Platform Template — use this if you're managing just one social media platform for the client.

✏️ Edit single platform template
Multi-Platform Template — ideal if you're managing multiple platforms (like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for the same client.

✏️ Edit multiple platform template

Click the "Edit" link above to customize the template to suit your branding and workflow. You can reuse the template as many times as you need, making it easy to set up new client portals.
